This tool is designed for terminating wires into RJ11, RJ45 and Cat6/6 patch panels with IDC blocks, and for providing accurate terminations into sockets, patch panels or outlets.
This tool in one easy action pushes wire into the connection point, cuts the wire to the desired length and terminates it.  This reduces the chance of short circuits and crosstalk.
The terminating action can also be locked to allow for connections where cutting is not required such as daisy chaining.

Also on this tool are a wire hook for removing terminated conductors and a blade to easily remove the blocks from the back mount frames.
Cuts cables 20-26AWG and also cuts foam insulated cables.
Each time this tool is punched an Insertion Sensor ensures that the conductor is fully inserted into the block contacts before allowing any excess wire to be cut off and won’t damage the shelled-wire.
