HOW do customers return items?
You will need to provide proof in the way of photos or videos and will need to get an RA form.
SHIPPING for returns?
Depending who is at fault we will decise who pays for shipping, we are very reasonable. If you are returning your item for a warranty claim, shipping will need to be done by the buyer.
CREDIT for returns?
You will be credited for returns once a decision has been made and you have been approved.
All returns must have original packaging for a full refund.
